Hamilton Film Awards is an international competition with public screenings in cinemas and an exclusive award ceremony designed to recognize the best talents of the independent industry participating in the most prestigious competitions around the world.

We are looking for works in which the author's awe of the eternal becomes a visible miracle — a filmed film of revelation, the final frame of which is the feeling itself.
The OVE statuette is not just an award. It is a living symbol of what lies at the heart of this great cinema: the love of creativity and cinema. The OVE holding this gift becomes the guardian of the eternal. She is not just an inspiration, but a guide between the world of the creator and immortality. In her hands, the director's diamond heart is a pledge of loyalty, a promise that even when the director himself leaves, his love will remain, as diamonds remain, sparkling in the darkness of eternity.

Not the plot, not the budget, not the techniques — but the feelings, emotions that make you worry, sympathize, love, live, what caused the birth of the film. To get noticed, to recognize his kindred spirit, and to say, "We know how much you love movies. We see it in every frame." The mission of the festival
Our festival exists to find and celebrate those unique films in which the innermost source of greatness - the love of cinema - beats. Love is the main driving force of life, a feeling that cannot be stopped by circumstances or time. Our festival exists in order to find and bless those rare films that are works of art. So strong, sincere and perfect, inspiring others, something eternal like love itself! A movie worthy of a diamond is a symbol of eternity, perfection and radiance that will never fade!
Each work submitted to the competition is carefully evaluated by our jury, which determines the artistic and technical merits of the film on a scale of effectiveness.
The Hamilton Film Awards do not require a world premiere, but we would appreciate it if you would let us know if this is a world, international, or European premiere (your first premiere outside your country of origin), or a national premiere.
All the winners of the month automatically participate in the annual competition, where they can apply for the prestigious golden statuette "OVE" (Ode Visual Excellence), made to order, as well as the opportunity to show their film in Russia (Moscow), the world capital of cinema, the birthplace of Sergei Eisenstein, Leonid Gaidai, Nikita Mikhalkov, Vladimir Menshov, Eldar Ryazanov., Sergei Bondarchuk, Andrei Tarkovsky, Georgy Danelia, Alexander Rowe, Stanislav Rostotsky, in recognition of their exceptional talents and achievements in the world of cinema.

Cinema is my passion, and love can only be for the Muse. Everyone who loves movies, in the stream of endless filming and shifts, even sleepless nights, may have begun to forget about the main thing for which to make a movie. For Oscar's sake? In fact, everything is on the surface, it's worth shooting only for the sake of the Muse, your "OVE", love of cinema. But these are just my thoughts.
And "OVE" will receive only one film by the end of the year.
